Q1. Which areas do you service?

We service the Greater Toronto Area but go as far west as Hamilton, as far east as Oshawa, and as far north as Barrie. For areas outside the GTA, there is an additional $25 fee for travel. We will advise of the charge, if applicable, upon booking. If you are unsure whether we can service your location, call or email us.

Q2. How old do my girls have to be for a Spa-Galz party?

We host spa-parties for kids between 4 years old and 16 years old. We also offer a variety of arrangements that can be catered to different age groups (ie. More hands on packages for older girls)

Q3. What do I need to prepare before arrival of the host(s)?

Nothing! We only ask that a seating area be available for the number of girls attending the Spa-Galz party, as well as access to a sink on the same floor. We will provide everything from robes, slippers, and any other items related to the arrangements chosen by you! We setup entirely and clean-up once finished.

Q4. How long are each Spa-Galz parties?

Timing depends on the number of girls attending the Spa-Galz party. A standard 6 girl party with 3 arrangements lasts approximately 1.5-2 hours.

Q5. I have less than 6 girls for my party, are you still able to host?

We can host a Spa-Galz party with less than 6 girls, however, that would take away from the spa-party atmosphere! Please contact us for pricing for less than 6 girls.

Q6. How many hosts attend the Spa-Galz party?

If there are 6 girls or less, one host attends, 7 or more, 2 hosts attend, and 15 or more, 3 hosts will attend.

Q7. Do you host bridal showers and bachelorette parties for adults?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer this service. We only cater to spa-parties for girls between 4 and 16 years old.

Q8. When is payment do and do you require a deposit?

Unlike numerous mobile spa-party companies, we do not require a deposit. We accept payment upon completion of the Spa-Galz party.

Q9. Are there any promotions?

We periodically have promotions on our website and on Facebook, so check back often! We regularly offer 10% OFF Spa-Galz parties if you like our Facebook page!

Q10. You can also Pay via PAYPAL in advance?

Visit our “contact us” page and simply call or email us, and we will book your party! Feel free to also download and print party invitations to send out to your special girl’s friends and family!
